I Just Made an Order, When Will It Be Shipped?

Please allow 3-7 business days for processing and production of your order before shipping.

What are the Shipping Times?

Our orders are shipped based on the fulfillment center from which the product originated.

Average transit times for Australia: 5-20 business days

Average transit times for overseas: 17-45 business days

There are circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc.) that may cause shipping delays. Although most packages arrive on time, there may be situations and delays by couriers. For this reason, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time; any delivery problems are the responsibility of the shipping company.

Will I receive a Tracking Number?

We provide a tracking number for each order. Tracking will be available as soon as the product is shipped. Each product may be shipped from different fulfillment centers around the world as our tracking team selects quality items at affordable prices.

Can I Cancel My Order?

You can cancel your order without penalty! You must cancel your order within 24 hours of creation for the cancellation to be applied. If the item has already been shipped, please email us or contact us through our "Contact Us" page. All you have to do is send us an e-mail with the subject line "cancel".
