This page summarises our returns and refunds policy. It should be read together with our Terms and Conditions of Sale, which prevail in case of inconsistency.
Your 14-day right to cancel
If you are a consumer, you can cancel your order within 14 days of the day you receive the goods, without giving any reason.
To cancel, email us at logistic@classycocktails.com or complete the model cancellation form included in our Terms and Conditions of Sale.
You must then return the goods within 14 days of telling us that you wish to cancel.
Opened products
For health protection and hygiene reasons, alcoholic products that have been unsealed or opened after delivery cannot be returned, and the right to cancel does not apply to them.
Sealed, unopened products may be returned within the 14-day period.
Cost of return
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
Before sending any return, please contact us at logistic@classycocktails.com. We will provide the applicable return instructions and return address.
Refunds
We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or of receiving your proof of return if earlier, using your original payment method.
The refund includes the standard delivery cost, but not any extra cost of a non-standard delivery option you chose.
We may reduce the refund to reflect any loss in the value of the goods caused by handling beyond what is necessary to check them.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If a product arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, you have full rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which may include a repair, replacement or refund, and a 30-day right to reject.
These rights apply even if a product has been opened.
